I possess a successful career track record spanning over two decades, which includes progression into senior leadership positions at television stations owned by Disney (ABC) and NBCUniversal. I am the Founder and CEO of Resilience Wins Executive Coaching & Consulting LLC based in Los Angeles, California. I help clients raise their self-awareness, get clear about their values, and build their self-confidence to overcome career, leadership, and life challenges.
In my previous position as Vice President of News at NBC4 Los Angeles, I worked with an executive coach. Understanding, firsthand, the life-changing impact coaching can have, I chose to become a professional coach.
By merging my corporate experience with executive coaching, I aim to assist clients in achieving a more harmonious, fulfilling, and successful career.
